No, if your subscription with Trustpilot is governed by a historic Service Subscription Agreement (a SSA), the new terms will not apply to you. Your subscription will continue to be governed by your SSA.

We’re not able to give specific advice in relation to the changes we’ve made. But we want to highlight that we’ve listened to our customers and made an effort to make the terms more fair. For example, we’ve (i) introduced a more balanced position in relation to contractual liability for our paying customers, (ii) added further provisions around Trustpilot’s service obligations, and (iii) made updates to reflect changes in our product and the way we operate.
